Visualization Skills Plus this Week’s Systema Star!

Hey FC Parents & Kids,

In this weeks Youth Live Online Training we will be talking about Visualization. Having the kids create stronger images of what they are doing physically is a big step. Once understood kids can use visualization skills to accomplish incredible things. t’s been a great week of Live Online training. Here is some of the footage from Monday’s class check it out!
