Archery Classes – Holiday Training Tips
A few ideas for you to continue your archery learning over the holiday break.
1] The range is open and you are able to use it. So come and shoot! Send me an email at archery@fight-club.ca if you’re interested.
2] Do you need arrows? A sight or stabilizer? Finger tab or sling? Parents … some of your kids are getting good and it might be time to get some better accessories for the kids. Feel free to reply to this email and I can pick up anything you need for archery Christmas gifts.
3] Watch some YouTube footage of archery competitions. Just try to study the different forms and skills in action. I personally find this great way to learn and model skills that you would like to acquire.
4] Grab an exercise band (the rubber ones) and go through the shooting motions. This will strength the archery muscles and sharpen your muscle memory.
I hope these tips help …
Do you know anyone that might be interested in joining the archery classes and program? Please forward this email to them. I have sometime over the holidays to complete the Two Introductory Archery Sessions for anyone interested in joining the program in January 2020.
