Don’t Work Out, Work on Yourself!

Don’t work out, rather work on yourself. This is an important difference in Systema physical training and other forms of exercise. We look inwards a lot more and try to find comfort, control, and efficiencies. 

The Live Online FightClub training sessions have really hammered home this point. It’s also been a pleasure helping those attending the classes feel the difference when they do. Here are a few comments people have sent me over the last few weeks about the training.

If you have not tried the live online session you, your family and friends are welcome to come and try sessions. Here is the information (please do not post on social media, just forward them this email).

Adult training sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 12-12:50 pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7-7:50 pm.

Youth training sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 1-135 pm.

I have now set-up Fight Club’s Online Video classes so that we use the same link every week (see below).

There are three streams of classes, each with their own link:

When you click on these links, it should start Zoom for you and admit you to the class. 

If you prefer to join the class by typing in the Meeting ID # instead, you will see I have highlighted the correct numbers in RED in the links above.

If you are asked for a password, it is fightclub
