Q: I'm not in shape. Can I still train at the FightClub?
A: Yes. Being physically fit is not a prerequisite to start training at the FightClub.

Q: Do I need to have prior martial arts training?
A: No. FightClub is ideal for people with or without a martial arts background.

Q: I have an injured knee/shoulder/back. Can I still train at the FightClub?
A: Yes. Injuries are inevitable both in life and fighting. Learning how to deal with them or any limitations is important.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Be comfortable. A t-shirt, sweatpants and running shoes are fine.

Q: How many students per classes?
A: On average about 10 - 15.

Q: Are there women that train at the FightClub?
A: Yes, in fact there is a female instructor.

Q: Do you have family memberships?
A: Yes. Mom, Dad and the kids can train in the same place. Makes for great dinner conversation!

Q: Do you have changes rooms?
A: Yes. Men and Women have their own change room.

Q: Will the fitness classes 'Fit Body' help me in the Martial arts classes?
A: Yes. The idea of Fit Body came from the health and fitness elements of the martial arts classes at FightClub.

Councillor Case Ootes (Ward 29 - Toronto-Danforth) visited FightClub today to accept a cheque from FightClub's FitBody program for the Toronto East General Hospital. Mr. Ootes presented Emmanuel with a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Toronto and also stayed for a short workout. Thanks to everyone involved in the FitBody program!
