Personal Workouts

 

In this weeks episode of FightPod Emmanuel talks about workouts. Attending regular train classes (1-3 times per week) is good, but you need some training time outside of class too. This way you can practice all the cool things you have learned, or work on things you would like to develop. Just showing up to classes and hoping to become good in flawed approach.
