Why should I choose a FightClub trainer?

    1. Experience
    2. Education
    3. Good Listeners
    4. Attention to Detail
    5. Personality

What will a FightClub Personal Trainer do for you?

  • Give you guidance throughout your workouts
  • Education you about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
  • Keep you motivated and focused
  • Get you the results you want

Q: What is a Session Like?
Toronto Personal Training FAQ A: Each session lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body mechanics, exercise and health history, goals and answering specific questions about your goals. After that, the work begins, enjoy the process and listen to the guidance of the trainers.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Be comfortable. T-shirt, track pants or shorts, socks and running shoes (no street shoes). It's recommended you workout without shoes in bare feet/socks.

Q: Should I eat before coming?
A: Proper eating habits should always be followed. A small meal about an hour before training is a good idea. You want to have enough energy throughout your training session.

Q: Should I bring anything else?
A: A bottle of water (available at FightClub if you forget) and a towel if you want to wipe the sweat off!
