The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body mechanics, exercise and health history, goals and answering specific questions about your goals. After that, the work begins, enjoy the process and listen to the guidance of the trainers.

Fitness Martial Arts StoreFees and Pricing for Personal Training

One on One Personal Training session:

    Single session is $100/hr
    10 session pack at $80/hr - $800

Semi Private training session (2-4 people):

    Single session is $120/hour
    10 session pack at $100/hour - $1000

** All Sales are Non-Refundable but may be transferred to a friend.

** All set appointments require a 24 hour cancellation to avoid full session fee.
