The constant pressure and fast pace lifestyle of Toronto is a big stress for all of us. Train hard, work hard but remember take care of YOU too! Sunday is a great day to take some time for yourself. Luckily, FightClub as a dedicated systema student and great Yoga Instructor teaching Yoga every Sunday. FC Students, friends and family members are all welcome to attend. You’ll love it!

Lindsa Hachey – Systema Student and Yoga Instructor
Lindsay has been mastering Yoga for 15 years and teaching it for 5 years. Officially certified under the Yoga Alliance in 2016.
In early October 2018, after attending a Systema class at Fight Club, Lindsay instantly felt the benefits of her now mentor and teacher Emmanuel Manolakakis and has been training in Russian Martial Arts ever since.
Lindsay will be teaching her Yoga practices and integrating the breathing practices found in Systema.
“I’ve found something really unique with Systema at Fight Club which in fact, incorporates everything I look for in a gym. As a Yoga teacher and Systema student I harness a strong physical and spiritual autonomy. I believe both Yoga and Systema are equally profound in their own right but together, can be a deeply heart-opening experience”
