Just a quick reminder that there will be no Live Online Classes on Monday, May 18th – Victoria Day.

Tuesday till Friday this week the Adult Live Online Training class will require a training Knife (any knife will do but make sure it is not sharp) and a blindfold (to cover your eyes). I would like to show you some ways of integrating knife work skills into your own personal Systema practice at home.

Wednesday & Friday this week the Youth Live Online Training class will require two plastic cups and something that can be used to blindfold (to cover your eyes).
