Even though it may seem like the right thing to do, putting your own needs to one side for the next X number of years is almost guaranteed to harm your health.
In other words, if you want to take better care of your family, you must take better care of yourself.

Sleep Well – Get sleep; 7 hours of ‘good’ sleep
Find a Crew – FightClub is a great one! But there are many
Give yourself permission – Its starts with you, be kind to yourself
Make it a habit – Do it for 30 days, and it will form
Be an example – For all those around you
