Tightness will always find a way to remain that way. Worse still: It doesn't go away with rest, but strengthens and worsens without attention.
If you're not willing to train to improve your movement, tightness deactivates muscle and becomes, by definition, weakness. Exercise therefore is always a humbling experience because if you're addressing your actual condition, you're weakness focused.
Weakness always finds a way to remain in the dark, unless you set it on fire.
