Keep A Training Journal

I’ve been journaling my training and teaching for over 25 years. It has so many positive benefits; keeping me focused on what I have learned and what I have taught. It is the one thing that if I don’t do, I notice right away.


How to use a Training Journal

It's so easy; just grab a pen and blank school workbook from the dollar store and write about what you learned, understood and felt each day for 5-10 minutes. It really doesn't matter what you write about, the act is the most important part. It will become easier as time goes on and give you more understanding and clarity in training and life.


Find the time, you will not regret it!
